Zeghch Terms of Service

Welcome to Zeghch.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zeghch platform, website, and related services.

By accessing or using Zeghch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Legal Operator

Zeghch is operated in the Republic of Armenia by:

Technology and intellectual property are owned by HafenTech (Germany).

2. Platform Description

Zeghch is a digital marketplace that allows:

• Vendors to publish promotional offers
• Customers to discover and redeem offers
• Redemption to be verified via QR system

Zeghch acts solely as a technology platform connecting vendors and customers. Zeghch is not the seller of goods or services unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain confidentiality of your account
• Not misuse the platform

Zeghch may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Customer Terms

4.1 Offer Validity

Each offer includes:

• Expiry date
• Usage conditions
• Redemption limits

Customers are responsible for reviewing offer details before activation.

4.2 Redemption

Redemption creates a digital record.

• Redemption must be validated by the vendor
• Once marked as used, redemptions cannot be reversed
• Expired redemptions cannot be used

4.3 Refunds

Zeghch does not guarantee refunds unless:

• The vendor fails to honor a valid offer
• A technical error prevented redemption

Refund decisions are handled case by case.

5. Vendor Terms

5.1 Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Accuracy of offer descriptions
• Pricing correctness
• Honoring valid redemptions
• Legal compliance of their services

5.2 Prohibited Content

Vendors may not:

• Publish misleading offers
• Violate Armenian law
• Discriminate unlawfully
• Upload infringing content

Zeghch may remove offers at its discretion.

5.3 Commission

Zeghch may charge commission fees as defined in separate vendor agreements.

Commission terms may be updated with notice.

6. Payments and Financial Records

All redemptions generate digital transaction records.

Zeghch maintains an immutable ledger for internal tracking.

Zeghch does not hold customer funds unless explicitly implemented.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and systems are the property of HafenTech (Germany).

Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Zeghch a non-exclusive license to display and promote it.

8. Platform Availability

Zeghch does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Perform maintenance
• Modify features
• Update functionality

These changes may occur without prior notice when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zeghch is not liable for vendor actions
• Zeghch is not responsible for quality of vendor services
• Zeghch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Zeghch in the previous 3 months, if any.

10. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious redemptions
• Suspend fraudulent accounts
• Cooperate with authorities if required

11. Termination

Zeghch may suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Abuses the platform
• Engages in fraud

Users may delete accounts at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Armenian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Zeghch after updates constitutes acceptance.
